Always verify that the product received matches your order before use. If an item is out of stock, an alternative brand of the same product may be shipped.

As an online consumer service, Ozpills facilitates the delivery of genuine products from a licensed authorized exporter in India, without directly offering the products ourselves.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the medicines ordered are for your personal use only.

When you place an order, you agree to the delivery of the order to the address you provided at the time of the order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you.

Definition of Delivery: Upon arrival in Australia, your order is transferred to Australia Post for delivery. Responsibility for the order transfers at the point of entry; we are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged post-arrival. Delivery is made via EMS Speed Post and requires a signature. A tracking number is provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel, further delivery attempts are at the discretion of the delivery service. The parcel can be collected from the nearest post office. If uncollected after one month, Australia Post may return the item to India, resulting in a loss of your items.
